The Laguna Hills Lodge respects the privacy of all our guests. Personal information is collected by our staff for processing, security, and safety reasons exclusively. We do not sell or otherwise distribute your personal information.

Guests must provide information the Lodge requires to complete the business transaction. We will store this information in a safe manner. Information that we may require includes, but is not limited to: Contact information (such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, etc.); Financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, etc.); Reservation information (such as the name of the merchant, reservation number, date of reservation, type of room, etc.); Other information (such as data required by the merchant, promotional package, etc.); and Identification information (such as a current driver's license or current passport plus one other form of ID such as a credit card). We require identification information to ensure that the person signing the registration contract is the registered guest. Upon Lodge staff discretion, we may require a photocopy of guests' driver's licenses for identification, security, and legal compliance purposes. We will store this information in a safe manner and will not sell or otherwise distribute this personal information unless required by law to do so.

We reserve the right to disclose personally identifiable information in response to a legal process, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or when we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use and/or policies, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing Laguna Hills Lodge and applicable laws or as otherwise required or permitted by law or consistent with legal requirements.
